LLC Formalities (are they required?)

You may have heard that a benefit of LLCs is the fact you do not have to complete formalities like you do in a corporation. We have found cases where the LLC was attempted to be pierced and they used case law from corporation and looked for minutes and resolutions. Therefore, we created minutes and resolutions for LLCs. We are probably only company in US to provide this for LLCs taxed as partnership.
